Stonz accepts returned items purchased on www.stonzwear.com within 30 days of the delivery date. You will receive a refund via original method of payment for the price of the item and applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. Our warranty does not cover products damaged by misuse, accident, unauthorized alterations/modification, or products purchased from an unauthorized third-party Stonz dealer. This also includes natural wear and tear of materials that occur over time such as fading, stains, and abrasions to the soles or fabric of the product.
Stonz's one-year warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not valid for items that were re-sold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the original owner. If your Stonz product was given to you as a gift, a proof of purchase will need to be obtained from the original purchaser of the product.
